Tyren White Obituary, Death – A fatal crash occurred in Boca Raton on Tuesday evening, resulting in the death of a 23-year-old man. According to the Boca Raton Police Department (BRPD), the incident took place around 6 p.m. on NW 20th Street. Tyren White, the victim, was riding a Suzuki dirt bike westbound on the street along with two other riders when the accident occurred.
At the same time, a 2017 Volvo was traveling eastbound on NW 20th Street. As the Volvo approached the intersection with NW 5th Avenue, it attempted to turn left, heading north. White, who was riding his dirt bike without headlights on, collided with the front bumper of the Volvo while it was making the turn. The force of the impact ejected White from the bike, and the bike then struck a 2014 Honda Civic that was stopped at a red light in the southbound lane of NW 5th Avenue.
The two other dirt bike riders involved in the incident fled the scene after the crash. White, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to the hospital but later died from those injuries. Both the drivers of the Volvo and the Honda Civic were unharmed in the crash.
The BRPD is continuing to investigate the incident, and no arrests have been made at this time. Authorities are working to gather further details and determine the cause of the crash, which remains under investigation.
