Jesse Canada Obituary, Death: Pedestrian fatally hit in Logan County crash.

Jesse Canada Obituary, Death – A fatal pedestrian accident occurred in Logan County on Monday evening, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian just after 7 p.m. in the 1700 block of Lewisburg Road. Upon arrival, they found an unresponsive man off the roadway. Nearby, an orange Jeep with damage to its driver’s side and front bumper was stopped in the northbound lane.

Investigators identified the pedestrian as Jesse Canada. The Jeep, driven by Donna Garrett, was traveling southbound when it struck Canada, who was walking in the roadway. Emergency responders pronounced Canada dead at the scene.

Authorities believe Canada was either walking in the middle of the road or attempting to cross at the time of the crash.
