Uniqa Mona Robinson Obituary, Death – On Friday evening, a fatal accident occurred in Thomasville, resulting in the death of a pedestrian, as confirmed by the Thomasville Police Department. The incident happened around 8:45 p.m. at the intersection of Trinity Street and Mason Way.
According to reports, a 2013 GMC Acadia was travelling westward on Trinity Street and nearing the Mason Way intersection. At that moment, a pedestrian, later identified as 30-year-old Uniqa Mona Robinson from Thomasville, was also moving westward on Trinity Street. Unfortunately, Robinson was struck by the vehicle while she was in the roadway.
Following the collision, Robinson was swiftly transported to a local hospital in Thomasville. Despite the medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead. The driver of the GMC Acadia was unharmed in the incident.
The authorities are actively investigating the crash to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident. The Thomasville Police Department has called for any witnesses or individuals with relevant information to reach out to the Thomasville Traffic Safety Unit to assist in the ongoing investigation.
