Tyler Harris Obituary, Death – Authorities continue to investigate a fatal crash in Biloxi that occurred Sunday evening following a police chase. The Harrison County Coroner, Brian Switzer, has identified the victim as 19-year-old Tyler Harris, a Biloxi resident.

According to Biloxi police, the incident began with a pursuit that started in D’Iberville after officers spotted a vehicle reported stolen from Biloxi. The chase ended near the intersection of Popp’s Ferry and Cedar Lake roads, where the fleeing vehicle collided with another car.

The crash involved two vehicles, but thankfully, no injuries were reported among the occupants of the second vehicle. Additionally, none of the responding police officers were hurt during the chase or the crash.

The investigation remains active as authorities work to determine all factors leading up to the crash and the fatality of Tyler Harris.
