Trevon Johnson Obituary, Death – A fatal crash in Cumberland County on Thursday night claimed the life of a 29-year-old Vineland man. According to officials, state troopers responded to the scene at 8:27 p.m. after receiving reports of a vehicle collision on Parvin Mill Road in Deerfield Township. The victim was identified as Trevon Johnson.
Investigators determined that Johnson was driving westbound in a BMW sedan when his vehicle suddenly veered off the road to the left and crashed into a tree. The impact of the collision proved fatal.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash, and the investigation remains ongoing.
Because Deerfield Township does not have its own police department, the New Jersey State Police handle law enforcement duties in the area. Officials have not released any additional details at this time.
