Tony Campos Obituary, Death: Pedestrian Identified in Deadly San Francisquito Canyon Crash
Tony Campos Obituary, Death – Tony Campos, a 40-year-old transient, has been identified as the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident, according to Kelly Vail, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, when emergency responders were alerted to a traffic collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of San Francisquito and Spunky Canyon Roads in Green Valley, located north of Santa Clarita. Howard Tieu, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, confirmed the timing of the crash.
Upon arriving at the scene, emergency crews found Campos, who was pronounced dead at the site of the crash, officials reported. The cause of the incident is still under investigation, with the Antelope Valley California Highway Patrol (CHP) taking charge of the inquiry.
