Terrance Robert Dolan Obituary, Death: US Bank executive killed in plane crash died from blunt-force trauma, officials say.

Terrance Robert Dolan Obituary, Death – A U.S. Bank executive who died in a plane crash in suburban Minneapolis was identified as Terrance Robert Dolan, 63, of Edina, with the cause of death being blunt-force injuries, according to a medical examiner’s report released Tuesday.
Dolan, who was the vice chair and chief administration officer at U.S. Bank, had been with the company for over 26 years and was recently appointed to the position of chief administration officer in 2023. He was flying a single-engine Socata TBM7 when it crashed into a home in Brooklyn Park on Saturday.
The crash occurred as Dolan was returning to Minnesota from Naples, Florida. After making a stop in Des Moines, Iowa, he was en route to Anoka County-Blaine Airport, which was just a few miles from the crash site. Authorities said Dolan was the only occupant of the plane.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is still investigating the cause of the crash, and no further details about the incident have been confirmed.
The crash caused significant damage, including a fire that engulfed the home it hit. However, the man inside the house was able to escape before the fire spread, but the house itself was destroyed.
Dolan’s tragic death marks a profound loss, not just for his family but for his colleagues at U.S. Bank, where he had been an integral part of the team for many years.
