Shawn Spiker Obituary, Death: Vermont State Police have identified the victims of a Monday shooting in Waterbury that left one man dead and another critically injured.
Shawn Spiker, 34, of Croydon, New Hampshire, was fatally shot multiple times, with his death ruled a homicide by the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington. Michael S. Perry, 57, of Waterbury, is in stable condition at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
Police were called early Monday to Kneeland Flats Trailer Park, where they found both victims but no suspect. Authorities do not believe either victim was the shooter. Investigations are ongoing.
