Robin Clarity Obituary, Death – Beaumont police have identified the pedestrian killed in a Saturday afternoon accident as 59-year-old Robin Clarity. Clarity was struck by a vehicle while crossing the access road near Eastex Freeway, close to Dowlen Road. Following the collision, Clarity was rushed to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene immediately after the incident. Beaumont authorities have stated that no charges have been filed against the driver at this time. The investigation is ongoing, but it appears that the driver remained cooperative during the process.
