Ricky R. Washington Jr Obituary, Death – The Topeka Police Department has identified 45-year-old Ricky R. Washington Jr. as the city’s 17th homicide victim of the year. According to a press release, officers responded to a shooting on November 10, where they found Washington, who was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.

The incident took place in the 1200 block of Southwest Huntoon Street on Sunday morning. Alongside Washington, a second individual was found with life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
