Ramon Moraga, Nadia Mysliwiec Obituary, Death – Scottsdale police are investigating a deadly shooting that left two people dead near Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea boulevards late Monday night. The incident took place just before 10 p.m. in a residential neighborhood. Multiple 911 callers reported hearing gunfire, prompting officers from the Scottsdale Police Department to respond. When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle that had crashed into a ditch. Inside the vehicle, they found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the victims, identified as Ramon Moraga, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, Nadia Mysliwiec, was rushed to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.

In the days following the incident, Scottsdale police worked to identify and locate the suspects believed to be involved in the crime. On July 29, authorities announced the arrest of three individuals—two juveniles and 18-year-old Lebron Rogers. Investigators allege that all three played a role in the shooting and robbery that preceded the deadly crash.

According to police, Rogers was booked into the Maricopa County Jail and is facing two counts of murder and two counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon. The two juveniles, whose names have not been released due to their age, are also facing the same charges but will be handled through the juvenile court system.

Police have not released further details on what led to the shooting but confirmed that the investigation is still active. Detectives are continuing to gather evidence and interview witnesses to piece together the full sequence of events.

The location of the crime—a quiet residential area—has left neighbors unsettled. Many expressed shock that such violence occurred so close to their homes. Police presence remained heavy at the scene through Tuesday morning as crime scene investigators processed the area for evidence.

Authorities are urging anyone with additional information about the shooting to come forward to assist in the investigation. Scottsdale police emphasized that community cooperation will be key to ensuring justice for the victims.

While details surrounding the motive remain unclear, police have indicated that the shooting and the subsequent crash appear to be connected to a robbery attempt. The arrests mark a significant step forward in the case, but officials stress that more information could still surface as the investigation unfolds.

For now, the community is left mourning the loss of two lives, while the suspects—one adult and two minors—await their day in court to face serious charges that could result in lengthy prison sentences if convicted.
