Rachel Kelly Villalobos Obituary, Death – An El Paso woman, identified as 45-year-old Rachel Kelly Villalobos, was fatally struck by multiple vehicles while lying on an I-10 entrance ramp near mile marker 21 on October 30. The incident occurred around 6 a.m. when a TxDOT vehicle approached the ramp, prompting Villalobos to stand and run onto the freeway.

A westbound Jeep Wrangler could not avoid her, resulting in a collision. Following this, two other vehicles—a Volvo and a GMC Sierra—also struck Villalobos. She died from her injuries at the scene. Officials noted that her presence on the roadway was a factor in the crash. This marks the 57th fatality on El Paso roads this year, compared to 65 at the same time last year.
