Mark Stover Obituary, Death – Temple Police have identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a vehicle on an I-35 exit ramp Monday morning as 51-year-old Mark Stover from Washington. The incident occurred in the 5900 block of General Bruce Drive at approximately 5:00 a.m.
According to police reports, Stover was walking on the exit ramp at exit 304, located near H.K. Dodgen Loop, when he was hit by a vehicle exiting the interstate. Despite efforts by first responders, Stover was pronounced dead at the scene.
