Mark A. Holley Obituary, Death – Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred earlier this week in Northeast Portland. The deceased, Mark A. Holley, a Portland resident, was killed on Monday night in the Wilkes Neighborhood.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, officers responded to a report of gunfire at approximately 5:46 p.m. in the 15900 block of Northeast Fremont Street. Upon arrival, they found Holley deceased at the scene. The medical examiner later confirmed his death was a homicide caused by a gunshot wound.
Holley’s family has been notified and released a photograph of him to the public as they mourn their loss.
