Brandon Sylvester Obituary, Death – A man from Englewood was shot and killed in Brooklyn during the early hours of Thursday morning, according to the New York City Police Department.

Shooting Incident

The shooting took place around 1:16 a.m. when officers responded to a 911 call reporting a gunshot victim at 5724 Beverley Road. Upon arrival, police discovered a 38-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Victim Identified

Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead. Authorities later identified him as Brandon Sylvester, a 38-year-old resident of Englewood.
