Kyle Scruggs Obituary, Death – Tulsa police have released the identity of a bicyclist who was fatally struck by a commercial truck in west Tulsa last Friday morning.

The victim has been identified as Kyle Scruggs, according to the Tulsa Police Department (TPD). The crash took place near the intersection of West 36th Place and South Elwood Avenue.

Authorities reported that the driver of the truck stopped immediately after the collision, called 911, and fully cooperated with the investigation.

Following the tragic incident, a GoFundMe page was created to assist Scruggs’ family with expenses. The fundraising effort is being organized on their behalf.
