Kyle Anthony Tempel, Zachary Deen Rathert Obituary, Death – Officials have released the identities of two individuals who died in a crash northeast of Aberdeen. According to the Department of Public Safety, the incident involved an SUV that was traveling west on Brown County Road 13 near the intersection with 393rd Avenue. The vehicle veered off the road, entered a ditch, and then vaulted off the shoulder at the intersection before overturning.

Both occupants were ejected from the SUV during the rollover. The driver, identified as 37-year-old Zachary Deen Rathert, and the passenger, 36-year-old Kyle Anthony Tempel, both suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
