Keavin Grady Obituary, Death – A 20-year-old man from Meeker, Oklahoma, died in a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning on I-44 northbound, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).
Authorities say Keavin Grady was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu around 2:52 a.m. when he lost control of the car. The vehicle veered off the roadway to the right and collided with a pole. Emergency responders with the Oklahoma City Fire Department arrived at the scene and pronounced Grady dead.
Officials reported that Grady suffered multiple injuries, including trauma to his head, arms, legs, and torso. He was trapped in the wrecked vehicle for approximately 10 minutes before firefighters extricated him.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. However, authorities noted that Grady was traveling at an unsafe speed given the wet road conditions at the time.
