Ella Bush Obituary, Death – A fatal crash on the A7 between Westlinton and Blackford on March 20 claimed the life of a 21-year-old woman from Carlisle, police confirmed.
Authorities reported that the collision occurred at around 11 a.m. and involved a Peugeot 208 and a heavy goods vehicle (HGV). Tragically, the driver of the Peugeot, identified as Ella Bush, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the HGV was not injured.
Emergency responders, including the Great North Air Ambulance, were dispatched to the site, and the road remained closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation.
Law enforcement officials are seeking witnesses to help determine the circumstances of the crash.
