Diamond Manly Obituary, Death – Authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Champlin Park High School student, who was found dead in Ramsey over the weekend.

Incident Details

On March 2 at 8:33 a.m., the Ramsey Police Department responded to a report of an individual slumped over inside a vehicle on Snowy Owl Street Northwest. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the victim had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office later identified the deceased as Diamond Manly, a resident of Brooklyn Park.

Ongoing Investigation

Authorities are treating Manly’s death as a homicide, though no arrests have been made at this time. Investigators are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward by contacting 763-427-1212.

Following the tragedy, Champlin Park High School Principal Michael George sent a message to families expressing condolences and support for those affected by the loss.
