The incident occurred early in the morning around 4:50 a.m. when a 2011 Toyota sedan, driven by Jessica Goodwin, collided with Lindsay’s 2022 motorcycle. Lindsay sustained fatal injuries, and Goodwin reportedly left the scene immediately afterward.
Later, Goodwin, 30, was apprehended and charged with hit-and-run involving a fatality. Sheriff Duane Lewis expressed deep sadness over the incident, calling the crash a preventable tragedy. He also extended thoughts and prayers to Lindsay’s family, urging the community to support them. Lindsay is survived by his wife, Jazmine, who is currently expecting, and their three other children.
