Courtney Valencia Clinton Obituary, Death – Police in Vancouver are investigating the homicide of a Portland woman found dead in a car with a small child. Authorities were alerted to the scene on Nov. 1 in the 300 block of North Blandford Drive, where they found the body of 31-year-old Courtney Valencia Clinton and a young child who was unharmed.

The Clark County Medical Examiner confirmed that Clinton died from neck wounds inflicted by another person. Detectives have classified her death as a homicide. The child is now safe and with family. Police encourage anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
