Christopher King Jr. Obituary, Death – A shooting incident on Monday night in Tuscaloosa resulted in the death of a teenager. Authorities identified the deceased as 19-year-old Christopher King Jr. On Tuesday, Tuscaloosa police responded to a shooting report at 9 p.m. in the 2200 block of Reece Boulevard.

King was discovered with critical injuries and was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center, where he subsequently passed away. While the details surrounding the shooting remain undisclosed, Capt. Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit confirmed that a person of interest has been identified. The investigation is still in progress.
