The victims were Christopher Allen, 33, and Steven Stratis, 24. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene when deputies arrived. Two additional men were also injured in the shooting and were rushed to the hospital. One remains in critical condition, while the other is reported to be in stable condition.

The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Tuesday at The Rock Irish Pub, located at 614 Lake Avenue. According to PBSO, four men were shot during the incident. A witness who spoke to CBS12 News revealed that the group of men involved were her coworkers from the Old Key Lime House in Lantana.

The tragic event followed a Christmas party hosted by the coworkers at Lilo’s Streetfood and Bar in Lake Worth Beach. The festivities began at around 9 p.m. on Monday. When the gathering at Lilo’s concluded at midnight, several employees decided to continue celebrating. They walked down the street to The Rock Irish Pub to play pool and enjoy the rest of the evening. What began as a night of holiday cheer ended in a devastating act of violence.

Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances leading to the shooting or any possible suspects. Investigators are working to determine the motive and identify those responsible for the attack. Meanwhile, PBSO has urged anyone with information to come forward.
