Christopher Adrian Martinez Obituary, Death – A 31-year-old man lost his life in a rollover crash early Sunday morning in far East El Paso, according to police reports. The fatal accident occurred just after 1:30 a.m. on March 23 along Loop 375 North near Montana Avenue.
Authorities identified the driver as Christopher Adrian Martinez. According to the El Paso Police Department, Martinez lost control of his vehicle while traveling on the highway. His car veered off the main road, crashing into a fence pole before flipping over.
During the rollover, Martinez was ejected from the vehicle. Police confirmed that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead.
This fatal crash marks the 15th traffic-related death in El Paso city limits so far this year, surpassing last year’s count of 13 at the same time. Investigators are working to determine if other factors contributed to the accident.
