Bibek Subedi, Shures KC Obituary, Death – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has identified the two men who lost their lives in a single-vehicle crash in South Riding last week. The victims were Bibek Subedi, 22, and Shures KC, 21, both residents of Aldie, Virginia. The incident occurred early Wednesday morning, November 22, around 12:30 a.m., in the area of Loudoun County Parkway and Tall Cedars Parkway.
The vehicle involved in the crash had four occupants, including the two victims. The other two individuals, the driver and another passenger, sustained injuries. Authorities reported that the driver, identified as 30-year-old Bijay Tamang of Aldie, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatalities. Tamang is currently detained without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
Preliminary investigations by the LCSO suggest that alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the crash, though further details regarding the cause remain under investigation.
