Jaiden Samaria Marquis Newbolt Obituary, Death – The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified the two victims killed in a tragic crash on I-69 this past Saturday evening. The crash occurred just before 8 p.m. near the 320-mile marker on the highway. According to law enforcement, an SUV veered off the road for reasons that remain unclear, causing the vehicle to roll multiple times before coming to a stop in a ditch.
As a result of the crash, two individuals were ejected from the vehicle, and both were confirmed dead at the scene. Emergency responders transported three other passengers from the vehicle to a local hospital, where they were reported to be in serious to critical condition.
On Monday, the Allen County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as 25-year-old Jaiden Samaria Marquis Newbolt and 6-year-old Nalani Ella Ervins, both residents of Fort Wayne. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
