Dahir Dahir Obituary, Death – The man fatally shot Thursday evening in southeast Rochester has been identified as 28-year-old Dahir Dahir. The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed his identity following the shooting.
Rochester police responded to the incident around 6:50 p.m. near 10th Street and 1st Avenue SE. When officers arrived, they found Dahir suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders to save his life, Dahir was pronounced dead at the scene.
