The BBPD reported that the shooting occurred near the New Disciples Worship Center, and they received an emergency call at approximately 1:45 p.m. Responding officers discovered Rahming on the street, critically injured. Despite the efforts of Boynton Beach Fire Rescue, he was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
