Dell Felstet Obituary, Death – The 33-year-old man who died in a crash southwest of Watertown on November 2 has been identified as Dell Felstet from Watertown. The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. when Felstet was driving a 2012 Ford Escape westbound on 175th Street, near 445th Avenue.

According to preliminary reports, the vehicle left the roadway, rolled over, and landed in a slough, ultimately coming to rest on its roof. Felstet was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Authorities noted that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
