Another friend, Tayvon Davis, also spoke fondly of Scott, describing her as cheerful, compassionate, and always full of life. “She was always smiling, always happy,” Davis said. “I’m numb and confused. I can’t understand why someone would do this to her. She was beautiful inside and out.”
