Nickolus Lucero Obituary, Death – El Paso Police have identified the motorcyclist who died in a crash early Sunday morning as 36-year-old Nickolus Lucero. The incident occurred in the 9600 block of Montana Avenue. According to the Special Traffic Investigations Unit, Lucero had been traveling eastbound on Montana when the collision happened.

Authorities report that a vehicle pulled out from a nearby parking lot and entered the roadway in front of Lucero. He was unable to avoid the vehicle and collided with its rear end. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Lucero to a local hospital. Despite efforts to save him, he later died from his injuries.

Police continue to investigate the crash to determine all contributing factors, but no further details have been released at this time.
