Camren White Obituary, Death – Authorities in Sangamon County have released the identity of the young man who died following a shooting incident in Springfield. The Sangamon County Coroner, Jim Allmon, confirmed that the victim was 19-year-old Camren White from Stonington, Illinois.

According to reports, emergency medical personnel responded to a call for assistance at a residence located in the 800 block of West Lenox Street. The incident occurred in the early hours of Monday morning. Once EMS arrived at the scene, White was found injured and was immediately transported to Springfield Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

Despite the efforts of medical staff, White was pronounced dead at 1:46 a.m., shortly after his arrival at the hospital. Following the confirmation of his death, an autopsy was scheduled to determine the official cause of death.

On Tuesday, the autopsy results were released, confirming that Camren White died from multiple gunshot wounds. This finding supports initial reports that the young man was the victim of a fatal shooting.
