Kayleigh Dalrymple Obituary, Death – A tragic single-vehicle crash in Chillicothe claimed the life of 14-year-old Kayleigh Dalrymple on Friday, as confirmed by Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood. The accident occurred around 5 p.m. on County Road 450 North, leaving Dalrymple in critical condition.

Emergency responders quickly transported Dalrymple to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, where medical teams attempted aggressive resuscitation and provided extensive care. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at 7:47 p.m. that evening, according to Harwood’s press release.

Currently, the circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation as authorities work to determine what led to the fatal incident.
