Anthony Boyd Obituary, Death – A teenager who was fatally shot in Elmwood Place on Friday night has been identified by authorities. The victim, 17-year-old Anthony Boyd, was killed in a shooting that occurred around 11:10 p.m. on Oak Street, near the intersection with Highland Avenue.
When first responders arrived at the scene, Boyd was found lying in the middle of the street. He was immediately taken to UC Medical Center, but despite medical efforts, he was later pronounced dead by hospital staff.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has not disclosed any details about the events leading up to the shooting, and the investigation remains ongoing. Police had initially responded to reports of about 10 gunshots coming from the area around the time of the incident.
