Justin Netherland Obituary, Death – fatal single-vehicle crash occurred early Friday morning in Kosciusko County, prompting a response from the sheriff’s office. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the scene at 1:39 a.m. to investigate a crash on South Country Club Road near East Winona Beach Drive in Wayne Township.
Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered a 1996 Buick Centra, driven by 29-year-old Justin Netherland of Warsaw, involved in the accident. Preliminary findings from authorities suggest that Netherland was heading south on Country Club Road when he lost control of his vehicle. As a result, the car veered off the road, leaving the east side of the roadway.
The vehicle then collided with a utility pole, continued through a ditch, and eventually came to a stop after striking a tree. Despite the efforts of emergency personnel, Netherland was pronounced dead at the scene by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office. His death was attributed to the injuries he sustained in the crash.
The incident is still under investigation by the Kosciusko County Fatal Accident Crash Team (FACT Team).
